9/10 - 9/11. This group assists HIV positive people on how to build coping skills to reduce stress. These skills include solving problems, making decisions, and negotiating choices. Contact our Peer Advocates at 449-7119 for more info . Stipend paid for completing both days.

Meditative Mazes & Labyrinths— 9/3 at 12PM! Come learn about a fun and safe way to calm your mind and spirit. Presented by Jenae Halsted.

Women’s Health— 9/14 at 12PM! Come and meet Mecca Andrades from Planned Parenthood as she discusses some health issues that are specific to women.

HIV & Aging— 9/15 at 12PM! Come and learn about howHIV affects the aging process. Lunch will be provided. HIV & Moving Forward— 9/17 at 12PM! Everyone has a story to tell about their journey, some are very similar to your own. Join Kristen Chopas in learning and sharing of stories.

HIV & Your Body— 9/16 at 12PM! Come and learn what your t-cells count means, how to read your lab values and overall HIV 101. Lunch will be provided.
