Directions to the Albany Damien Center

We are located at

12 South Lake Avenue Albany, NY 12203

Between Western and Madison Avenues

From the North:

	Take Northway (I-87) south to Exit 1E (I-90 Albany/Boston)
	Travel east on I-90 to Exit 5 (Everett Road)
	At end of exit, turn right on Everett Road Proceed on Everett to Central Avenue
	Turn left on Central and then right onto North Lake Avenue.
	The Albany Damien Center will be on the left hand side at 12 South Lake Ave, just after you cross Western Ave.
	(For parking after 5 PM, take a left at Western Ave, the next right onto Thurlow Terrace. Take your second right into 8 Thurlow Terrace and park in the back of the lot. You will see a wooden fence with a sign for the Albany Damien Center and a path leading to the back of the Center.)

From the South

	Take Exit 23 of NYS Thruway to 787 North
	Follow 787 North to I-90 West
	Take I-90 West to Exit 6 (Arbor Hill / Loudonville)
	Follow signs for Route 9 South (Henry Johnson Boulevard)
	Take Henry Johnson Boulevard to Central Avenue Turn right on Central Avenue, then a left onto North Lake Avenue.
	The Albany Damien Center will be just after you cross Western Ave on the left hand side.
	(For parking after 5 PM, take a left at Western Ave, the next right onto Thurlow Terrace. Take your second right into 8 Thurlow Terrace and park in the back of the lot. You will see a wooden fence with a sign for the Albany Damien Center and a path leading to the back of the Center.)

From the East:

Take I-90 west to Exit 6 (Arbor Hill / Loudonville

Follow signs for Route 9 South (Henry Johnson Boulevard)

Take Henry Johnson Boulevard to Central Avenue

Turn right on Central Avenue, then a left onto North Lake Avenue.

The Albany Damien Center will be on the left hand side at 12 South Lake Ave, just after you cross Western Ave.

From the West:

	Take exit 24 of NYS Thruway onto I-90 east Follow I-90 east to Exit 5
	At end of exit turn right on Everett Road Proceed on Everett to Central Avenue
	Turn left on Central Avenue and then right onto North Lake Avenue.
	The Albany Damien Center will be on the left hand side at 12 South Lake Ave, just after you cross Western Ave. (For parking after 5 PM, take a left at Western Ave, the next right onto Thurlow Terrace. Take your second right into 8 Thurlow Terrace and park in the back of the lot. You will see a wooden fence with a sign for the Albany Damien Center and a path leading to the back of the Center.)

By Bus

The Albany Damien Center is accessible by the CDTA #10 Western Ave. bus, which leaves you at the corner of S. Lake and Western Aves. You can also get there by the #12 Washington Ave.,#1 and #55 Central Ave. (coming from downtown, turn left onto S. Lake Ave.), and #4 Pine Hills (via Madison Ave.) Madison Ave. is south of the Center, so you would turn right onto S. Lake coming from downtown.

Parking

Parking is available on street during the day.

After 5 PM on weekdays (and all day on Saturdays and Sundays), you may park behind the Albany Damien Center in the parking lot at 8 Thurlow Terrace. Thurlow Terrace runs parallel to South Lake Ave and can be accessed only off Western Avenue. Take your second right when traveling down Thurlow and proceed to the back of the parking lot. There is a wooden fence with a gate and path into the Center's backyard.
